Abstract: Despite its negative legal stigma, workers' compensation may be beneficial for both performing artist and employer. The health care practitioner must maintain a close association with the arts organization , and must be knowledgeable in the state workers' organization, and must be knowledgeable in the state workers' comp laws and skilled in impairment disability assessment
