Abstract: This article provides data in tabular form, organized by instrument, for 58 patients diagnosed as having focal dystonia over the ten years of operation of a performing arts medicine clinic. Eleven wind and brass players' embouchure muscles were affected; the other musicians' dystonias affected the finger muscles.
