Abstract: The prognosis for reversal of entrapment syndromes is excellent with appropriate diagnosis and treatment. The author review the basic principles of both subjective and objective evaluation and emphasizes the importance of patient education in initiating effective intervention strategies. Optimal results require a team approach.
