Abstract: In recent years, new fluorescent molecules have allowed researchers to visualize the intracellular activities of cells, including signaling, secondary messenger, and kinase activities. GFP cloning technologies have provided a means to study the movements of specific proteins in living cells and now to examine these events in tissues.
